My Approach
Our subconscious is the part of our mind that operates beneath conscious awareness. While our conscious mind helps us see that hidden sock beneath yesterday’s homework and make a mental note to squeeze in another load of laundry, the subconscious handles everything else.
It tells our lungs to breathe, our gut to digest, the muscles in our arm to contract and pick up that sock. It is also the keeper of all our memories, emotional patterns, beliefs, habits, and more.
It’s like a supercomputer. Our bodies are the hardware; our subconscious is the software running everything in the background. It is indispensable to our survival—but like any software, it needs an update every now and then.
This is where I come in.
